About the role

Execute Private Brands sourcing projects for Food categories with discipline and speed, ensuring high‑quality delivery across supplier management, costing, and end‑to‑end program execution.

What you´ll do

• Execution of sourcing projects under the approved sourcing strategy
• Day‑to‑day supplier management (Domestic and Direct Import)
• Program milestone tracking from samples through shipment
• Issue identification and escalation
• Execute RFQs, negotiations, and supplier awards for assigned Food PB projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day supplier relationships and communications.
• Coordinate product samples, testing, costing, item setup, and transition to production.
• Track production, shipment, and post‑award performance against plan.
• Escalate execution risks and deviations as needed.

What you´ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and decision‑making skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with Private Brands, Procurement or vertically integrated sourcing models
• International sourcing and Direct Import experience
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations
