Empresa especializada en conectar talento profesional mexicano con oportunidades laborales en Estados Unidos, principalmente en posiciones elegibles para Visa TN, busca integrar a un Líder para el área de Reclutamiento con enfoque a un mercado extranjero.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o carrera afín.
- Experiencia sólida en reclutamiento especializado y headhunting.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de reclutamiento o procesos integrales de selección.
- Inglés avanzado o bilingüe, indispensable para mantener conversaciones profesionales.
- Manejo de plataformas digitales de reclutamiento, bolsas de trabajo y bases de talento.
Actividades a realizar
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para atraer talento profesional mexicano de acuerdo con las vacantes solicitadas por clientes en Estados Unidos.
- Supervisar el proceso completo de reclutamiento, desde la prospección de candidatos hasta el cierre de la posición.
- Realizar entrevistas por competencias y coordinar las validaciones técnicas de los candidatos.
- Verificar que los perfiles cumplan con los requisitos profesionales y de elegibilidad aplicables.
- Liderar, capacitar y dar seguimiento al equipo de reclutadores.
- Establecer metodologías, estándares de entrevista y criterios de evaluación.
- Definir y supervisar indicadores de reclutamiento, tiempos de respuesta y SLA internos.
- Administrar y mantener actualizada la base de talento en la plataforma.
- Coordinarse con el equipo comercial para priorizar las vacantes de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada cliente.
- Dar seguimiento a los procesos de colocación con clientes y despachos legales hasta su cierre.
- Medir la eficiencia, calidad y resultados de las colocaciones realizadas.
- Mantener comunicación profesional con clientes, candidatos y aliados estratégicos.
Ofrecemos
- Sueldo base $38,000 a $45,000 en base a experiencia
- Bono por cumplimiento de resultados y colocaciones.
