ASPICE Automotive Process Engineer - Remote in México

YOUR ROLE

In this role you´ll participate with a Top Client in the Automotive Industry defining and maintaining embedded software/system development processes applying ASPICE, translating process change requests into clear, compliant, and deployable process definitions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree in Automotive Design, Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
• ASPICE expert (a pplying ASPICE to real production projects, not just performing assessments, including process framework, mapping requirements and expectations to development processes)
• Process management expert, including creating and updating development processes, standards, operating procedures (OPs), process flows, and requirements
• Previous experience as an Embedded Software Developer, with  advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Process Definition & Authoring Experience 
• Ability to write clear, s tructured process requirements , including “Shall / should” statements, Role responsibilities, Required templates 
• Ensuring processes are clear and unambiguous, Compliant with standards, practical and deployable for engineering teams 
• Hands‑on experience creating or updating Development processes, standards, SOPS, Lifecycle definitions 
• Ability to  translate standards and models (ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity) into: Clear process flows, Defined roles and responsibilities, required work products, Entry / exit criteria
• Working knowledge of ALM tools (Atlassian, IBM DOORS preferred) 
• Advanced English Communication
