Descripción

• Support pre-sales technical activities by working closely with Sales teams and prospects to understand client needs and propose fraud and identity solutions
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals tailored to client requirements across multiple industries
• Provide technical and functional expertise during client meetings, addressing questions and ensuring a strong understanding of the offering
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to design and position solutions that drive business outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Contribute to revenue growth by supporting consultative sales efforts and strengthening client engagement strategies

Perfil buscado

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field
• Advanced English level (professional working proficiency)
• Experience in technology pre-sales across multiple industries, including technology sales, digital products, identity management solutions, and fraud prevention solutions.
• Experience in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, public sector, insurance, or retail
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner
