Title of the Position: HR Business Partner Intern

Job Location MEXICO CITY GENERAL OFFICE

Location: Interlomas, Mexico

Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Currently enrolled bachelor's student in any business or engineering field

Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Duration: 12-18 months.

Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028. English Advanced.

Start Date: As soon as possible

About the role:

As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will collaborate closely with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals, contribute to organization building, and create effective onboarding strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic HR environment.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Partnering with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals are met
• Supporting organization building initiatives
• Creating and implementing onboarding strategies
• Assisting with HR projects and processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR goals
