Sr. Field Marketing Manager – Mexico

Responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales cycles, and strengthen customer relationships in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with sales objectives and corporate priorities.
• Own the end‑to‑end management of marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, account‑based marketing (ABM), partner programs, and digital campaigns.
• Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, engage decision‑makers, and generate high‑quality leads and opportunities.
• Drive execution of flagship events such as ServiceNow Summits, roundtables, workshops, and industry conferences, ensuring impactful customer and partner experiences.
• Localize global campaigns and messaging for relevance in the region, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing program effectiveness, pipeline contribution and ROI using a data‑driven approach.
• Manage relationships with key partners, agencies and vendors to maximize marketing impact.
• Collaborate with extended marketing functions (digital, content, customer advocacy, corporate comms) to amplify field initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making or problem‑solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B field marketing in enterprise software, SaaS or IT solutions.
• Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline acceleration and account‑based marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, derive insights and optimize marketing performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, global environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required (up to ~25%).
