Customer Service Representative

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders, shipments, and invoicing while meeting service level commitments. Collaborate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure product availability and demand fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Customer Service roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Advanced English (business and conversational proficiency).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), capacity planning, and production constraint management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer portals management.
• Shipping and billing experience.
