Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Support

• Lead and contribute expert guidance to functional and cross-functional project teams
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders and influence strategic decisions
• Perform complex to highly complex financial analysis and translate data into actionable insights
• Forecast financial results and anticipate risks and opportunities
• Shape forward-looking business strategies
• Represent the business unit in cross-regional and cross-functional planning forums
• Represent the organization professionally with external customers and clients when needed
• Define, guide, and implement process improvements and financial policies
• Lead business and finance transformation initiatives, including automation and modernization
• Lead and oversee analysts across multiple finance sub-functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, such as financial management, accounting, internal audit, or similar roles
• Experience working with complex businesses, multiple stakeholders, and ambiguity
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and modeling
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, internal controls, and P&L management
• Experience with SAP applications and KPIs
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong results orientation with the ability to prioritize and execute
• High learning agility and comfort navigating change
• Digital fluency and curiosity about new tools and approaches
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership
