Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Engineering Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will lead an engineering group, shaping roadmaps, technical direction, and product quality while collaborating with Product, Design, and Success teams.
You’ll hire, coach, and develop engineers, remove obstacles, and drive delivery in a low-structure environment with strong autonomy and opportunities to impact long-term user value.
