A Snapshot of Your Day

Our Compression Service Organization is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated Lead Financial Analyst to join our team of CPMs. In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects and project financials (controlling, reporting, and forecasting). You will work together with our project management organization with the key objective of executing the projects according to our contractual obligations, project management standards, and applicable financial guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage all commercial and financial aspects of projects, including monthly revenue recognition, financial planning, margin optimization, cash flow, risk and opportunity management, and capturing lessons learned.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP, internal controls, and company-specific financial reporting guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear insights into progress, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support special assignments and audits as needed, maintain strong collaboration with internal and external partners, and be available for planned travel up to 10% within the region.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience, with 7+ years of professional experience in Finance or Business Administration, preferably with exposure to Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and percentage of completion (PoC) accounting, along with proven experience using Microsoft Office tools and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in automation, process improvement, and lean initiatives.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, required for effective communication in an international business environment.
