The Indirect Buyer partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to procure indirect goods and services that support business operations. This role focuses on achieving cost savings, ensuring supplier performance, managing contracts, and reducing supply risk while maintaining compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

• Source and procure indirect goods and services in support of business operations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance related to quality, delivery, and service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
• Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Analyze spend data to identify sourcing opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements.
• Resolve supplier and purchasing issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories.

Required Qualifications

• English Level: Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably with indirect spend categories.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and sourcing processes.
• Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing indirect categories such as MRO, facilities, IT, logistics, professional services, or capital equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier performance management.
