Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you’ll make an impact by:* Leading the launch of new or improved Products, Technologies, and/or Processes with potentially significant impact on the extended Value Chain of the Product in the medium and long term.* Translating customer and business requirements into operational execution* Designing processes and implementing/qualifying equipment in compliance with EHS standards* Providing direct support for New Product qualifications and/or improvements* Identifying waste and implementing improvements in EHS, quality, cost, and service impacts* Participating in Extended Value Stream project planning—from supplier to customer* Managing BOMs and unit costs for projects, considering Product Standards**Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Completed Engineering degree and at least 4 years of experience related to the role, or experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Processes, and Maintenance* Strong knowledge of Statistics tools* Understanding of Product and Process* Value Chain Management* Fluent in English* Advanced Microsoft Office skillsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Master’s degree in any engineering field from an accredited institution is a plus* 5 years of experience in the industry* Experience in the Drinking Water Industry* Experience with good manufacturing practices (GMP) manufacturing and process validation**Work location:** Onsite [Kalos Guadalupe]**Travel:** May include occasional business travel to the United States**Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).****Supporting Your Well-being**Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
