Regional Marketing Communications Lead (Lagos de Moreno)

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing communications professional who can take ownership of regional initiatives across the Americas and translate ideas into impactful execution. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence through a mix of content development, event management, and digital activation.

Rather than focusing purely on strategy or execution, this position sits at the intersection of both — requiring someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also contributing to broader communication direction. Success in this role will come from the ability to work cross‑functionally, build alignment with stakeholders, and consistently deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑moving environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering communication initiatives that support marketing objectives, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints. A significant portion of your work will revolve around developing engaging materials — from written content to campaign assets — tailored to different audiences and formats.
• You will also play an active role in organizing and executing key marketing activities, including webinars and industry events. This involves everything from planning and coordination to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for participants and stakeholders.
• On the digital side, you will contribute to social media efforts, particularly paid campaigns, where you will be involved in campaign setup, monitoring results, and identifying opportunities for improvement. In parallel, you will help maintain communication calendars and support product‑related announcements and launches.
• Collaboration is a central aspect of this position. You will regularly partner with internal teams, providing support for their communication needs, whether through event materials, branding elements, or tailored content. You will also contribute to initiatives related to company visibility, such as award submissions and external recognition efforts, while supporting communication in sensitive situations when required.

What We Are Looking For

• We are seeking someone with a solid background in marketing communications, bringing hands‑on experience across content creation, events, and digital initiatives. You should feel confident communicating with different stakeholders, including senior leaders, and be able to adapt your style depending on the audience.
• Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are considered an advantage. Practical experience with webinar platforms (such as Microsoft Teams) and involvement in organizing larger‑scale events will be important for success in this role.
• From a technical perspective, familiarity with digital marketing practices — including paid social media and a basic understanding of SEO — will be beneficial. Experience tracking campaign performance and using insights to refine future activities is also valued.
• Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and a solution‑oriented mindset. The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail is key. You should also be comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment, interacting with colleagues across regions and time zones.
• Experience with video creation or design tools (such as Vyond) would be considered a plus.

Education and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is expected.
• Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with digital tools and platforms will support your success in this position, particularly when combined with an analytical mindset.
