Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Regional Market and Sales Planning: Responsible for robot product sales in Mexico region, developing and executing regional sales strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overseas strategy and local market characteristics.
2. Customer and Channel Development: Identify market opportunities in Mexico, drive customer development through multiple channels, follow up on projects, conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships, and promote sustained business growth.
3. Brand and Marketing Promotion: Oversee brand promotion and marketing activities in Mexico, including industry exhibitions and technical exchanges with customers, to enhance the company's brand recognition and influence in Mexico automation industry.
4. Business Negotiation and Risk Control: Manage order negotiations and contract signing, coordinate and resolve issues during the sales process, review various agreements and commercial contracts, handle contract and credit term management, control business risks, and ensure compliance with Mexico business and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
3. At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience in Mexico automation or robotics industry, with a certain understanding of the target market; experience and resources in industrial products, automation, robotics, or related channels are preferred.
4. Strong market development skills and business negotiation abilities, with a keen sense of public relations. Highly driven, team-oriented, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Ability to travel frequently.
