Objetivo
Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo al equipo, asegurando la correcta gestión de procesos relacionados con mermas, devoluciones y operaciones de producto, dando seguimiento a incidencias y contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa del área.
Actividades principales
- Gestionar procesos operativos relacionados con mermas y devoluciones de producto.
- Dar seguimiento a incidencias operativas y asegurar su correcta resolución.
- Apoyar en la administración y control de operaciones del equipo.
- Monitorear información operativa y generar seguimiento a indicadores del área.
- Coordinar y dar soporte en actividades administrativas y de operación diaria.
- Mantener comunicación con diferentes áreas para asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida (recién egresados considerados).
- 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente, logística u operaciones (incluyendo prácticas profesionales).
- Manejo de Excel y Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
- Conocimiento de SAP deseable.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Proactividad y capacidad de seguimiento operativo.
