PL Human Resources Consultant – Monterrey

Function: Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Supports various Human Resources processes at the unit/site.
- Middle seasoned level Human Resources professional focusing on analysis and assisting managers/employees in resolving issues.
- Exercises independent judgment based on both education and experience.
Required Skills
- Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise.
- Edit documents in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
- Deliver accurate and timely processing of payroll; input and maintain payroll data; check payrolls for accuracy prior to submission; prepare complex manual payments when required; complete financial reconciliations.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high‑quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Create a company‑wide document management system and ensure compliance with it.
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies; refer issues to others when necessary for policy interpretation.
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and improvement of business performance.
- Manage the delivery of onboarding and/or offboarding processes; ensure accurate and timely completion of all administration processes; provide support and guidance to line managers, new joiners, and leavers throughout the process; propose improvements to procedures.
- Identify instances of noncompliance with the organization’s policies and procedures or relevant regulatory codes, reporting and escalating issues as appropriate.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in tools and software that support Human Resources processes (HRIS, BI, SuccessFactors, Kronos, HR Data management).
- Experience in major Human Resources processes such as interviewing, job documentation, and talent development.
- Knowledge of HR principles and procedures in areas such as employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, employee communications, and legal and corporate compliance.
- Experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban, People Analytics, and Value Stream Mapping.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level.
