Aftersales Training Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Technical Training Supervisor to lead training strategy, capability development, and network readiness across our growing dealer network.

This role will play a critical part in developing technical and operational excellence for both Zeekr (BEV) and Lynk & Co (PHEV/MHEV) , ensuring dealer teams are equipped to deliver outstanding service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Lead technical and operational training programs across the dealer network and field teams.
• Develop and localize training content, technical documentation, and certification programs for EV, Hybrid, and Aftersales operations.
• Deliver hands-on training focused on:
• Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV)
• Hybrid Powertrains (PHEV/MHEV)
• High-Voltage Systems & Safety
• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
• Service Process Excellence
• Warranty Administration
• Parts Operations
• Act as the subject matter expert for High-Voltage safety standards, workshop compliance, and technician certification.
• Partner closely with China HQ Training and Technical Support teams to deploy global standards and new product training.
• Analyze dealer performance data, identify capability gaps, and implement development plans to improve key aftersales KPIs.
• Manage digital learning initiatives, including LMS content, webinars, and virtual training sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Training, Aftersales Operations, Technical Support, Field Service Engineering, or related functions.
• Strong technical knowledge of: Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Hybrid Systems (PHEV/MHEV), High-Voltage Technology, Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), Automotive Diagnostics
• Experience working with dealer networks, service operations, warranty processes, and parts management.
• Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools, DMS, EPC, warranty systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Certified High-Voltage Technician or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English communication skills.
