QA Automation & CI/CD Engineer (Katalon / Java/ IA)

Objetivo:
Asegurar la calidad de aplicaciones mediante la automatización de pruebas (Mobile, API) e integración en pipelines CI/CD, optimizando tiempos de ejecución, cobertura y estabilidad de releases.
Requisitos indispensables:
* Java intermedio-avanzado (enfocado a testing)
* 3 a 5 años en automatización de pruebas
* Experiencia en implementaciones CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins o similares)
* Experiencia básica usando IA aplicada a testing automation
* Experiencia en automatización mobile (iOS / Android)
* Experiencia con Katalon Studio
Responsabilidades clave:
* Desarrollo de automatización en Katalon (Java) (Mobile, API, Web)
* Integración y ejecución de pruebas en CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
* Implementación de buenas prácticas (modularidad, reutilización, mantenimiento)
* Manejo de datos de prueba (parametrización, variables, data-driven)
* Uso de IA para optimización de scripts y análisis de resultados
* Generación de reportes y dashboards de ejecución
Observaciones:
Proyecto inicial por tres meses con amplias posibilidades de extensión.
Esquema Presencial; es necesario radicar en el área metropolitana de Monterrey.
