Benefits, Insurance & Wellbeing Manager | Human Resources

This position will be responsible for managing life insurance, medical, accident, and employee wellbeing programs, ensuring their competitiveness, financial efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the overall benefits, insurance, and wellbeing strategy.
• Manage group insurance policies and coordinate renewals, bidding processes, and negotiations with insurance carriers, brokers, and vendors.
• Analyze costs, claims experience, utilization, and trends to optimize coverage and budgets.
• Develop physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing programs.
• Oversee operations and support related to enrollments, terminations, claims, reimbursements, and special cases.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, effective communication of programs, and the monitoring of performance indicators.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in benefits, compensation, insurance, or related areas.
• At least three years of experience in leadership positions.
• Advanced knowledge of group insurance plans, particularly medical, life, accident, and disability coverage.
• Experience negotiating with insurance carriers, brokers, consultants, and vendors.
• Ability to interpret policies, coverage provisions, exclusions, renewals, and claims experience reports.
• Experience in budget management and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and in analytical and executive presentation tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.
