Sourcing Delivery Optimization Project Manager (Monterrey)

Job Description Summary : Serve as supplier delivery optimization leader for the US-based Magnetic Resonance business. Core responsibilities include data analytics, project management activities, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize global supplier performance and Magnetic Resonance business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier delivery performance using performance indicators and trend reporting to predict risk and initiate corrective measures.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and develop permanent counter‑measures.
• Drive continuous improvement activities using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving tools.
• Support long‑term strategic planning for supplier capability and supply chain resilience.
• Lead complex / high‑profile supply chain risk projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues negatively impacting business objectives.
• Contribute to MR business operating rhythms, including delivery reviews and risk assessments.
• Support long‑term business continuity plans and supply risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Sourcing, Material Management, or Supply Chain experience.
