Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en ventas B2B, desarrollo de negocio o logística internacional
Deseable: Conocimiento en Freight Forwarding, Operaciones México-Brasil
Conocimientos específicos
- Manejo de KPIs y cultura de resultados
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relaciones públicas
- Prospección activa de clientes potenciales (llamadas, networking, mercado)
- Presentación y promoción de servicios logísticos (aéreo, terrestre y marítimo)
- Desarrollo de relaciones comerciales sólidas y sostenibles
- Seguimiento de oportunidades de venta y cierre de acuerdos
- Análisis de mercado y competencia
- Coordinación con departamentos internos
- Reportes semanales y mensuales: embarques cerrados, profit, facturación, KPI
- Alta de nuevos clientes y cumplimiento de metas comerciales
