Sales Development Representative (SDR) | 100% Remoto
Estamos buscando un(a) Sales Development Representative (SDR) con experiencia en prospección outbound y generación de oportunidades comerciales para integrarse a una empresa en crecimiento dentro del sector tecnológico y de servicios empresariales.
Perfil que buscamos
- Experiencia en ventas B2B, prospección outbound o desarrollo de negocio.
- Capacidad para abrir mercado y generar conversaciones de valor.
- Comunicación clara, persuasiva y orientada a resultados.
- Resiliencia, disciplina y enfoque comercial.
- Interés por tecnología y procesos comerciales.
Valoraremos especialmente
- Experiencia en startups o empresas de servicios.
- Manejo de CRM y herramientas de prospección.
- Conocimiento de métricas outbound y generación de pipeline.
- Experiencia trabajando bajo objetivos comerciales.
Principales responsabilidades
- Generar y desarrollar tu propio pipeline desde cero.
- Prospectar activamente vía llamadas, correo y LinkedIn.
- Investigar cuentas y detectar a los tomadores de decisión correctos.
- Calificar oportunidades comerciales (MQL / SQL).
- Agendar reuniones estratégicas para el equipo de cierre.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a tu actividad en CRM.
