About the Role:

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Team Lead who loves improving efficiency, solving complex challenges, and finding a way to get things done.

As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-impact initiatives, ensuring that teams, resources, and priorities are aligned to achieve successful outcomes.

This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role that combines operational planning, team leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work across different initiatives, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and take ownership of making things happen.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and coordinating operational plans, ensuring all requirements are properly covered.
• Leading the implementation of initiatives and ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.
• Managing and supporting an onsite team , keeping everyone aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
• Identifying potential challenges, making decisions, and finding practical solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders , including teams such as Sales, Marketing, Originals, and other internal departments.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards and adapting to changing needs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, helping us build more efficient and scalable operations.

From day one, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex operational challenges and lead a team, making a direct impact on how we execute and scale our operations.

We are looking for someone who is organized, structured, hands-on, and highly proactive , with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You should feel comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership from start to finish.

About You :

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• You have at least +3/4 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
• You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.
• You can speak different languages. Spanish and English are our main languages, so we expect you to be able to speak both of them :)
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You can manage teams in a structured way
• You have a strong analytical mind.
