Responsibilities

To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against key performance areas:

• Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design
• Responsible for providing a detailed functional design for enterprise solutions
• Consult effectively with Client executives, Product Owner, Business Analyst and Development team while owning the delivery of complex development items
• Support the SAP FSM / Service Cloud environment
• Design and implement FSM – Scheduling, Dispatch, Parts Management, metrics reporting
• Work on and lead SAP Service Cloud Application Support and project activities
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems related to the SAP FSM / Service Cloud environment
• Recommend and implement testing plans (A/B) to understand drivers of response and value
• Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field
• 5+ Years of overall work experience in Field Service Management Area
• Desired Certification on Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer modules
• Experience of working on and leading SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Cloud implementation and support projects
• Technically strong in designing, building Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX classes
• Experience in business process automation
• Knowledge on any other FSM products like Click Software, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM is an added advantage
• Experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration
• Experience in Field Service Management, scheduling, dispatch, parts management, and setting up reports / KPIs
• Experience identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents
• Experience working on different project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
• Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2)
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English
• Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally
