Finance Manager

(Operational) Finance Manager

At Morgan Philips Mexico we are seeking an experienced and hands-on operational Finance Manager to oversee the daily finance and accounting operations of our company. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, supervising Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, coordinating tax and payroll activities, and compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily finance operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Payroll, Tax, and Controlling.
Prepare and review financial forecasts, P&L reports, revenue reports, and Work-in-Progress calculations.
Monitor and resolve accounting and payment issues in SAP and other finance systems.
Oversee customer invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and factoring activities.
Coordinate weekly payment planning and approval processes.
Supervise payroll calculations, payroll payments, employee loans, and related accounting entries.
Coordinate tax filings, VAT refunds, transfer pricing studies, and annual tax returns.
Monitor cash flow and banking transactions and prepare reports for Headquarters.
Support logistics operations related to shipments and customs processes.
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with internal controls and ISO standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in finance and accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
Experience with Mexican taxes, payroll, and treasury operations.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
English proficiency required.
