Sr. Finance Analyst

Resumen Position Summary: Sr. Finance Analyst provide support to Finance Corporate in JSox/Internal Controls, to review the controls of different BU. Also is responsible to review the ongoing maintenance of the lease management process related to ASC 842 and IFRS 16. Also provide support on Closing activities each month and end of Quarters, including reports etc.

Responsabilidades Principal Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with ongoing maintenance of the lease management process relating to ASC 842 and IFRS 16, including setting up new leases and lease modifications into the lease software (CoStar) and reviewing invoices and preparing monthly lease journal entries.
• Prepare the monthly IFRS adjustment and forecast about leases. In addition, prepare annual Business Plan for leases.
• Assist with consolidation of schedules received by locations and prepare the consolidated schedules for reporting to parent company.
• Support overall testing of JSox/Internal Controls including review of check sheets provided by locations and submissions of check sheets into the JSox system.
• Support internal and external audit as needed.
• Assist with completion of government reporting requests.
• Responsible for documenting procedures related to your areas of responsibility.
• Various other day-to day accounting functions, special projects and additional responsibilities and required.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Strong ability to organize, multi-task and communicate information in a timely fashion.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
• Ability to work in a team environment and strong individual contributor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Proficient using v-lookups, pivots and other formulas in excel).
