Hub Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate last-mile delivery projects and daily operations.
2. Manage day-to-day operational activities.
3. Foster a strong sense of accountability and build a high-performing team.
4. Collaborate closely with sorting center, line haul/mid-mile teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
5. Develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations.
6. Guide the team toward achieving top-tier service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous operational improvements.
7. Oversee all vendors and partners.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operational processes, including performance tracking and reporting.
2. Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
3. Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
