SQDM busca un/una L2 Support Specialist para soporte técnico con enfoque en análisis, troubleshooting y resolución de incidentes. Requiere Inglés B2 con speaking diario y disponibilidad para trabajar en esquema híbrido: 4 días en oficina y 1 día remoto.
Las responsabilidades incluyen diagnóstico de incidentes, coordinación con clientes/partners y manejo de SCRUM/technical bridges cuando aplique. Se valora experiencia en telco/IoT/VAS/U&O&M.
