On-site Mexico Factory Legal Lead - Compliance & Disputes
CFMOTO
CFMOTO in Monterrey is seeking a senior in-house counsel to review, revise and negotiate plant contracts, procurement agreements and cross-border supply chain policies, aligning Mexican operations with headquarters.
The role demands 5+ years of in-house legal experience in manufacturing or cross-border ventures, bilingual Spanish/English, strong negotiation, risk assessment and capability to handle disputes, labor matters and regulatory filings on-site.
