Ejecutivo de Cuentas por Cobrar (Accounts Receivable Specialist) – Hybrid | Cancún, Mexico

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global travel technology business to recruit an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their finance team in Cancún.

This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative, international environment while supporting the company's accounts receivable and collections activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and perform collection activities.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries.
• Monitor ageing reports and proactively reduce overdue balances.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable , Collections , or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, payment allocation, reconciliations, and collections processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• English communication skills are highly desirable.
