The IT Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Technology positions , ensuring the attraction, assessment and selection of qualified talent according to business requirements, technical profiles and established hiring timelines.

The role acts as a specialized Talent Acquisition partner for IT , working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Technology stakeholders to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies and provide market insights throughout the recruitment process.

This position manages multiple specialized and potentially hard-to-fill IT requisitions simultaneously and is expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, providing guidance to stakeholders regarding talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations and recruitment strategies.

The IT Recruitment Coordinator also contributes to strengthening CEVA's technology talent pipeline, employer brand and recruitment capabilities by developing specialized sourcing channels and maintaining active talent communities for critical IT skills.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Technology positions, from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer acceptance.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR to understand the position scope, technical requirements, experience, competencies and business needs.
• Develop recruitment strategies according to position complexity, seniority, location and talent availability.
• Manage multiple IT requisitions simultaneously while ensuring appropriate prioritization and follow-up.
• Conduct competency-based and structured interviews to assess candidate experience, motivation, technical exposure and organizational fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with Hiring Managers and subject matter experts.
• Manage candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Support offer preparation, approval and presentation in coordination with HR and Compensation teams.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience , preferably focused on White Collar and specialized positions.
• At least 2–3 years of experience recruiting IT / Technology profiles .
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated experience with direct sourcing and passive candidate identification.
• Experience managing multiple specialized requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms.
• Experience working with recruitment KPIs and pipeline management.
• English: Advanced / Business English.
