We are searching for a Controller who can act as a strategic finance business partner to the operation, connecting financial insight with business performance, productivity, investment decisions, and long-term growth.

This role is designed for a finance professional who wants to move beyond traditional controlling and play a visible role in shaping the plant's financial and operational agenda.

As Controller, you will work closely with the CFO, plant leadership, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to provide the financial intelligence needed to improve profitability, optimize costs, strengthen controls, and support key business decisions.

Key impact areas:

• Lead the financial agenda of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance management.
• Translate operational data into strategic insights that support productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing, inventory, production variances, margins, and headcount.
• Support investment projects, CAPEX control, and business expansion decisions.
• Lead financial reporting, month-end closing, and executive presentations for local and corporate leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls, corporate reporting standards, and financial governance.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and enable operational excellence.

We are looking for a finance leader with:

• Experience as a Plant Controller, Financial Controller, or a senior finance role with strong exposure.
• Background in multinational manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Solid expertise in cost accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, corporate reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Strong SAP knowledge.
• Advanced English to interact with regional and global stakeholders.
• Business acumen, executive presence, analytical depth, and a continuous improvement mindset.
