Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission
• Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately
• Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting
• Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local and national payroll requirements
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Generate payroll reports for management and assist with data analysis as needed

Requirements

Academic/Training

• Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP)

Skills

• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
