La Saga busca a quien lidere el crecimiento de nuestra audiencia. Hoy tenemos decenas de millones de vistas mensuales — tu misión es llevarnos al siguiente nivel.
Responsabilidades:
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de crecimiento en YouTube y redes.
- Liderar al equipo de clippers, community y diseño de empaque.
- Trabajar con data: qué contenido jala, qué títulos y miniaturas funcionan, mejores horarios.
- Optimizar el pipeline de distribución multiplataforma.
- Marcar metas de vistas y suscriptores, y rendir resultados.
Requisitos:
- 4+ años en growth, audiencias o social media, idealmente en medios o creadores.
- Dominio de YouTube Analytics y métricas de redes.
- Visión de contenido + obsesión por la data.
- Experiencia liderando equipos.
