필수 역량

• Someone with practical work experience in manufacturing companies (regardless of career length, competency-focused)
• Able to operate and handle automated equipment (such as SMT lines)
• Capable of basic document work using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to conduct business communication in English smoothly (emails, meetings, report writing)

Preferred

• Ability to speak Spanish (to improve local communication and work efficiency)
• Experience in manufacturing automotive electronics (Automotive Electronics) products
• Experience working in electronics assembly processes, such as SMT companies or PCB companies
• Knowledge of electronic assembly quality standards such as IPC-A-610, J-STD
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma or quality improvement projects
