Capital Equipment Sourcing Lead - Lab Infrastructure

PSC Industries

PSC Industries is seeking a Project Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end procurement of capital equipment for laboratory construction projects. The role is hybrid, based in CDMX or Querétaro, with three days on site each week, and requires coordinating with Facilities, EHS, Construction, and PM teams.

You will develop RFQs/RFPs, negotiate terms, manage supplier performance, and ensure timely MSAs, SOWs, and POs while adhering to sourcing policies.
