Production Supervisor 1st shift (Onsite)

What You Will Do

Supervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations. The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitor and coordinate manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individual members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives. Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility. Actively involved in real‑time problem resolution, evaluates progress, results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives. Leader will be fully supportive of company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing. Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
• 2 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate in English at a 70% level, with sufficient conversational skills to participate in meetings and handle professional interactions.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.
• Knowledge in personnel management.
• Ability to develop recovery plans, result-oriented and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel.
• Schedule availability.
• Line balancing.
• Power BI.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Exposure to ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Visa and travel availability.
