BPO Training (Guerrero)

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Training Manager in Coyoacán, Guerrero, responsible for the complete training lifecycle for multiple client programs in a BPO setting. You will lead a team to ensure new employees are ready for production, measuring success by training effectiveness and performance metrics.
