Project Coordinator (Reynosa)

Overview

Reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager, this position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):
• Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant
• Provide Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS
• Production delivery information/ coordination
• Participate in daily production meetings
• Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
• Ability to solve problems logically
• Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation
• Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone
• Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over
• Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines
• Be adaptable to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access, etc.)
• Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• International site travel is an essential requirement for this position
• Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
