Incentives & Operations Lead

PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN
Buscamos un(a) profesional que lidere y optimice los procesos de comisiones, incentivos y control financiero para la fuerza de ventas, asegurando precisión operativa, alineación con el P&L y habilitando el desempeño comercial del negocio.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Gestión de Incentivos & Comisiones:
Garantizar el cálculo y pago oportuno y preciso de comisiones para fuerza de ventas (blue & white collar).
Diseñar, mejorar y optimizar estructuras de incentivos alineadas a objetivos comerciales.
Validar consistencia de datos, reglas de negocio y resultados.
Control Financiero & Planeación:
Gestionar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto de nómina, incentivos y gastos operativos (OVH / BMI).
Desarrollar modelos financieros y análisis para toma de decisiones.
Asegurar controles y governance en líneas de P&L (people & non-people).
Operación & Eficiencia:
Liderar procesos clave (uniformes, gastos de viaje, proveedores, etc.).
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos administrativos y financieros.
Asegurar eficiencia operativa en la gestión de headcount vs plan financiero.
Colaboración Cross-Functional:
Ser punto de contacto entre Ventas, Finanzas y Recursos Humanos.
Influir decisiones mediante insights y análisis.
Asegurar alineación entre estrategia comercial y ejecución operativa.
¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA TENER ÉXITO?
- Experiencia 3–5 años en roles de Sales Ops, Finance Ops, Compensación o HR Analytics.
- Experiencia gestionando comisiones/incentivos o nómina variable.
- Sólida capacidad de análisis financiero y manejo de datos.
- Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders.
- Deseable: Experiencia diseñando esquemas de compensación.
- Experiencia en entornos de ventas de alto volumen (retail, consumo, promotoría).
