Ingeniero(A) De Seguridad E Higiene Senior (Tijuana)

Objetivo del puesto
Administrar el sistema de Seguridad e Higiene en planta maquiladora. Garantizar el cumplimiento de STPS, IMSS, LFT y Normas Oficiales Mexicanas aplicables. Identificar, evaluar y controlar riesgos en procesos productivos y líneas de manufactura.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinar auditorías internas, externas y visitas de autoridades.
- Investigar accidentes, incidentes y cuasi accidentes, implementando acciones correctivas.
- Generar reportes e indicadores de seguridad para Dirección y corporativo.
- Promover una cultura preventiva y de cumplimiento en todos los turnos.
Gestión de Seguridad e Higiene en planta
- Implementar y dar seguimiento al Programa Anual de Seguridad e Higiene.
- Realizar análisis de riesgos por proceso, máquina y puesto de trabajo.
- Supervisar condiciones seguras en áreas de producción, almacenes y mantenimiento.
- Vigilar el uso correcto de EPP conforme a cada proceso.
- Coordinar recorridos de seguridad y juntas de la Comisión Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene.
- Asegurar la correcta señalización, orden y limpieza en piso de producción.
Investigación de accidentes y control de indicadores
- Investigar accidentes incapacitantes y no incapacitantes.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz y definir acciones preventivas.
- Dar seguimiento a reincidencias y condiciones inseguras.
- Elaborar indicadores: frecuencia, severidad, días perdidos e incidentes.
- Reportar resultados mensuales y presentar análisis a Dirección.
Experiencia
5–8 años en Seguridad e Higiene en industria maquiladora.
Escolaridad
Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental o Seguridad Industrial.
Conocimientos
- STPS, IMSS, LFT, NOM, auditorías, procesos productivos.
Herramientas
- Excel, Power BI, sistemas EHS, reporteo ejecutivo.
Habilidades
- Liderazgo, análisis de riesgos, comunicación, organización y seguimiento.
