Horario: Disponibilidad para rolar turnos día, noche y fines de semana.
El equipo de Ops Integration – Reverse Logistics está buscando un Reverse Specialist apasionado por la excelencia operativa para impulsar el rendimiento de la logística inversa en la red AMZL México.
Este rol es responsable de monitorear y gestionar la ejecución end-to-end de devoluciones de clientes (Customer Returns) y paquetes no entregables (Undeliverable Returns), así como otros flujos relacionados a retornos en 2 estaciones de entrega asignadas.
El Reverse Specialist estará localizado en una estación base con visitas programadas a su segunda estación asignada (1 semana al mes), asegurando la cobertura operativa del flujo de logística inversa: desde la ejecución del plan de recolección hasta la reconciliación con el Fulfillment Center.
Responsabilidades
- Monitorear diariamente las métricas de desempeño de logística inversa en sus 2 estaciones asignadas
- Dar seguimiento a la ejecución de rutas con el equipo de Routing y OTR, identificando desviaciones y escalando oportunamente
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del procedimiento UTR para controlar tiempos de procesamiento y la reconciliación de devoluciones al FC
- Gestionar escalaciones operativas con Station Managers, Business Coaches y DSPs para resolver problemas de ejecución diaria
- Analizar el feedback de debrief para identificar fallas de servicio y generar planes de acción correctivos
- Administrar el backlog de recolecciones pendientes
- Revisar el plan del día para asegurar que todas las rutas de devolución estén cubiertas con suficientes rutas para mantener la excelencia operativa
- Trabajar con los POCs de estación para cubrir cualquier no-show o incidencia antes del inicio de ruta
- Actualizar dashboards de seguimiento y crear planes de acción para brechas de desempeño
- Realizar auditorías de proceso para asegurar el cumplimiento de SOPs de logística inversa
- Movilizarse entre sus 2 estaciones asignadas (estación base + visita semanal mensual a estación secundaria) para mantener visibilidad operativa en ambos nodos
