Crucial Requirements

• Availability to start operations on July 15th is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid Mexican passport.
• The project requires two initial trips to Melbourne and Copenhagen (Denmark), with subsequent recurring travel throughout LATAM.
• The project base is located in Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (Av. Ejército Nacional Mexicano), operating under a hybrid work model.
• Retail experience is required.

Contractor Model. ?Responsibilities: We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong experience in Sales processes, particularly Direct Delivery and Field Sales within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, lead regional initiatives, and drive digital transformation projects across sales operations in Latin America. Lead requirements gathering workshops with Sales, Field Operations, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current Direct Delivery / Field Sales processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between regional business requirements and general standards.

Project Management

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery (scope, timeline).
• Manage cross‑functional teams including IT, Sales Operations, and external vendors.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.

Sales Domain Expertise

• Support initiatives related to:
  • Route‑to‑Market (RTM)
  • Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
  • Order taking & mobile sales applications
  • Customer master data & product hierarchy
• Ensure integration between ERP and Sales systems.

Hard Skills

• 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• Strong background in Consumer Goods industry.
• Hands‑on experience with Direct Delivery / Field Sales processes.
• Proven experience managing regional or multi‑country projects.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Experience working in Latin America markets, preferably Mexico.
