Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, assessing capabilities, quality, and pricing. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and maximize cost efficiency. Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Analyze procurement data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation and records of sourcing activities, supplier performance, and procurement decisions.
