About the Role:

• Role: Master Data Specialist
• Location: Mexico (Remote)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Transfer of Work (ToW) projects between manufacturing facilities
• Create, maintain, review, and validate master data within ERP systems
• Manage SKU, Item, Product, Customer, and Packaging data
• Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Support ERP readiness, system setup, migration, and transition activities
• Coordinate pre-transfer and pre-production activities
• Manage assigned activities as individual projects, tracking timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with sending and receiving manufacturing plants
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Pre-Press, Estimating, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
• Identify and resolve data and system-related issues
• Use Excel for data analysis, lookups, Pivot Tables, and data validation
• Ensure systems and master data are production-ready before transfers
• Travel frequently to U.S. manufacturing locations and provide on-site support

Ideal Background:

• Master Data / Data Management experience
• ERP experience with JDE, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Radius, FlexLink, Label Traxx, or similar platforms
• Background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
• Experience with SKU, Item, Product, Customer, or Packaging Master Data
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation
• Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel 50%+ within the U.S.
