Lead SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain & Controlling Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain & Controlling Specialis t to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions across Supply Chain and Controlling processes. This role requires a functional expert with strong cross-module integration knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions, with a focus on CO-OM, CO-PC, and CO-PA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, standardized business processes.
• Analyze business impacts and recommend functional solutions aligned with best practices.
• Configure and support integrations between SAP Controlling and Supply Chain modules, including MM, PP, SD, WM, PM, and experience with EWM.
• Optimize procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, and logistics processes through SAP configuration.
• Support system integrations with external applications, including interface analysis and data mapping.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and drive issue resolution.
• Plan and execute unit testing and integration testing, including test scenario development, documentation, test data preparation, and validation.
• Partner with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders throughout implementation and support activities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Controlling, including CO-OM, CO-PC, and CO-PA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain processes and integration with MM, PP, SD, WM, PM, and exposure to EWM.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable functional solutions.
• Strong impact analysis, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system integrations, external interfaces, and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing unit and integration testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience working in global or multi-country environments.
• Ability to lead functional discussions and mentor junior team members.
