Digital Transformation Business Partner - Infrastructure Solutions Group (Monterrey)

Key Responsibilities

• As the interface for the ISG DT team, maintain close contact and communication with the NA ISG GSC business and management team.
• Lead and participate in NA ISG DT and IT projects.
• Support Global Supply Chain business process redevelopment and solution design.
• Implement and support supply chain system solutions related to NA data privacy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end‑to‑end process improvements and represent the GSC team.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for GSC processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.
• Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Services.
• 3+ years of experience in global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements.
• Fluent English Level

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non‑supply chain stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.
• Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience implementing automations leveraging AI a plus
