Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents and coordinate with consultants, clients, landlords, and general contractors.
• Review and red‑mark technical drawings, supervise 1–3 junior staff, and mentor junior team members.
• Red‑mark and manage your own drawing sets; storyboard and establish personal schedules based on deadlines.
• Maintain active communication in‑office and with teams from other offices; support supervising Project Managers and Project Architects.
• Deliver strong presentation skills through digital and hand‑sketch media.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of post‑graduation full‑time experience in Architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program (Master’s preferred).
• Strong design sensibility, problem‑solving ability, and familiarity with multiple operating systems, business programs, and CAD applications.
• Availability for in‑office support Monday‑Friday, full‑time.

• Develop MES applications using Ignition.
