Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Data & Quality Career

As an Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering reporting, analytics, and data solutions for healthcare clients leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud.

You will lead the reporting workstream across Oracle Fusion applications, translating complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that provide accurate, actionable insights to business and executive stakeholders.

This position combines technical leadership, reporting architecture, hands-on development, data analysis, and client consulting. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business leaders, technical teams, and client stakeholders across areas such as Financials, HCM, SCM, and CX.

What You’ll Do

· Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics solutions.

· Serve as the reporting technical lead and subject matter expert across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.

· Lead the design and development of custom reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), BICC, and related Oracle reporting technologies.

· Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications, data models, reporting strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Partner with functional leads, business analysts, executive stakeholders, and client teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

· Design and manage data extraction strategies for downstream applications, data warehouses, and analytics environments using BICC, REST/SOAP APIs, and other Oracle technologies.

· Develop and optimize complex OTBI analyses, subject areas, logical SQL, dashboards, and BI Publisher reports.

· Design BI Publisher data models, templates, bursting configurations, and scheduled reporting solutions.

· Troubleshoot complex SQL queries, data models, report logic, data discrepancies, and performance issues.

· Perform report and query performance tuning to ensure efficient processing and reliable delivery of business-critical information.

· Establish reporting standards, reusable development patterns, documentation practices, security guidelines, and governance processes.

· Ensure reporting solutions maintain data accuracy, integrity, security, consistency, and compliance.

· Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to report developers and technical team members.

· Participate in solution design sessions, technical reviews, project planning, testing, and go-live activities.

· Collaborate with implementation and support teams to resolve reporting issues and provide ongoing client support.

· Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve data accessibility, and enhance the overall reporting experience.

· Provide clear technical recommendations to clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in Oracle reporting and analytics.

· Contribute to the development of reusable reporting assets, methodologies, and best practices across Impact Advisors Mexico.

· Support continuous improvement and contribute to innovative solutions that improve healthcare clients' financial, operational, and business outcomes.

Who You Are

Education & Experience

· 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, data, or related technology roles.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting and analytics.

· Proven experience serving as a Reporting Lead, BI Lead, Reporting Architect, or similar technical leadership role.

· Experience leading technical reporting teams through at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

· Strong experience supporting reporting requirements across one or more Oracle Fusion domains, including Financials, HCM, SCM, or CX.

· Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

· Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.

Technical Expertise

· Deep hands-on expertise with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), including:

o Subject areas

o Analyses

o Logical SQL

o Dashboards

o Filters and prompts

· Strong experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), including:

o Data models

o RTF and Excel templates

o Bursting

o Scheduled reports

o Parameterized reporting

· Strong experience with BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector) for large-scale data extraction and downstream data integration.

· Advanced SQL / PL-SQL skills.

· Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data structures, tables, schemas, views, relationships, and reporting models across ERP, HCM, and/or SCM.

· Experience designing and optimizing complex reporting queries and large-scale data extracts.

· Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for data extraction and reporting requirements.

· Strong understanding of reporting security, data access, roles, and permissions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

· Experience with data validation, reconciliation, data quality, and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) is highly desirable.

· Experience with Smart View reporting for Oracle Financials is a plus.

· Oracle Business Intelligence / Cloud Reporting certification is preferred.
