Analista Senior contable

Propósito:
Ejecutar de manera precisa y oportuna las actividades asociadas al cierre de venta de una tienda, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos definidos.
Responsabilidades:
- Ejecutar el proceso de cierre de venta conforme al SOP.
- Validar información recibida de la tienda.
- Registrar y conciliar información en los sistemas correspondientes.
- Identificar discrepancias y excepciones.
- Documentar evidencia de cada actividad ejecutada.
- Escalar oportunamente casos que no puedan resolverse dentro de sus facultades.
- Cumplir objetivos de productividad, calidad y SLA.
- Mantener actualizado el estatus de cada tienda.
- Participar en entrenamientos y procesos de certificación.
- Proponer oportunidades de mejora cuando identifique errores o actividades innecesarias.
Requisitos:
- 100% de la posición en español
- Manejo de contabilidad
- Manejo de Excel intermedio con grandes bases de datos
- Experiencia en conciliaciones bancarias
- Manejo de datos y consolidados
- Experiencia en posición contable
- Nivel de escolaridad: Bachillerato concluido con experiencia en posiciones administrativo-contables o bien, licenciatura o formación profesional relacionados con contabilidad y/o administración
